Pupil Premium Strategy

Pupil premium is additional funding provided to schools for supporting vulnerable pupils to ensure they benefit from the same opportunities as all other children. There are three categories of children that qualify for pupil premium:

- Children who are eligible for free school meals (FSM)
- Looked after children
- Armed forces children

The impact of our pupil premium spend is assessed continually throughout the year. This is done in a variety of ways including: observations of intervention, close monitoring of assesemnt and pupil feedback.

The impact of the pupil premium spend is monitored every half term by the SLT and the next date for review will be w/b February 6th 2017. During this meeting we will be also discussing proviosn for the next finacial year.
