E-Safety

Safer Internet Day took place on Tuesday, 7th February 2017. The whole school took part in an assembly to explore what it means to be safe online.

The theme this year was 'Be the change:Unite for a better internet!'

We explored safety rules and follwed this theme;

SAFE- Keep all personal information safe.

MEET- Friends made online are strangers and meeting them can be very dangerous.

ACCEPTING- Opening files can be dangerous, so always be sure to tell an adult.

RELIABLE- Not everyone and everything online is reliable.

TELL- Always tell an adult if something online upsets you or worries you.

You can find out more information about what the children learnt during our safer internet day by opening the links on this page.
